Cynthie Fisher Cedar Waxwings

As shown in Cynthie Fisher's print CEDAR WAXWINGS, the primary diet of these colorful birds is fruits and berries.  They even share one single berry during courtship.  Waxwings have soft silky plumage with unique red tips to some of the wing feathers. These tips look like sealing wax, which gives the birds their name.

Often sells with other Cynthie Fisher bird prints such as Eastern Beauties or Garden Visitors also available on our website.
